Wet Seal

As part of a full scale redesign of WetSeal.com, I led the user experience design for the Wet Seal Outfitter and community. An innovative merchandising and proto-social media engine, it allowed teen girls to create outfits online, share them with friends, and /or with the whole community. The virtual runway provided the opportunity for other community members to give a thumbs up or thumbs down. Outfits were fully priced and one click to add to cart.

A multi-agency collaboration, I travelled to Virginia for the kickoff & requirements gathering and designed a site that exposed customers to the business offerings and customer proposition, defined the existence of at-launch specific services and established the brand.
